I'm Tina-Marie Meyer, CPCC, ORSC, and PCC.
A certified Co-Active Coach, Course Leader, and Faculty Member for CTI—the largest experiential coach training and leadership development organization in the world.
The coaching I do is helpful for people who want to transform the way they enjoy their lives. Often, my clients feel pressure and stress around the relationships they have with others—their coworkers, partners, kids, friends, extended family, and clients.
It’s easy for relationships to become a source of complication in our daily lives due to miscommunications and misunderstandings that make managing our own happiness feel heavy and confusing.
We think life would be so much easier if we had more control over others. We have great imaginations and create scenarios in our minds that we know would be ideal. But the result is—we create imaginary agendas that never work out the way we wanted. What we’re left with instead are situations that feel dramatic and disconnected.
There’s an easier way to enjoy your life.
In coaching sessions, I help adolescents, teens, and adults:
explore and strengthen their boundaries
understand the negative critic inside their brains
become aware of knee-jerk thought patterns so they can transform them
learn how to initiate tender, awkward, or difficult conversations
stop unknowingly sabotaging themselves
communicate with their kids in ways that strengthen their bonds as they move through the transition of letting go
learn how to manage relationships within their families and social circles
My clients enjoy being seen, heard, and understood without judgment - perhaps for the first time in their lives.
This enables them to relax and reconnect with themselves so they can live their lives fully, no matter the ebb and flow of emotions and circumstances.
